DOC Express is an e-commerce platform that offers you the convenience and ease of booking and getting delivery of quality DOC from the comfort of your farm.
Upon registration, your Wallet Account Number, Wallet Name and Bank would be generated for you .
Go to your Internet/Mobile banking platform to fund the wallet using the provided wallet information.
Your DOC Express wallet is credited instantly.
We will refund the cost of the missing birds and/or excess mortality into your DOC Express wallet within the provisions of our refund policy as stated on the terms and conditions page.
Shopping on DOC Express is easy! Just follow the steps below:
==> On the homepage, select your preferred product category. The deafult is Broiler
==> Select your Pick-up date, input the Quantity and select Your Location.
==> Click on Inquire Now in the bottom right corner to check product availability.
==> Click on Add to booking list if the product is available.
==> Click on Book another Product to add another chick type to your cart. Then repeat the above steps.
==> Click on Proceed to Checkout. At this point, you will be required to Login/Register to continue
==> Fund your wallet if the balance is lower than the cart balance
==> Click on Pay now to Book. Please note that if your Wallet balance is lower than your Total Order, you won't be about to Book for your order.
The birds are delivered on the specified pickup date during booking. We supply every Monday and Thursday. However, when the delivery will take longer due to availability, we will inform you of the new delivery date ahead.
