  • Which products are available?
    • Our product category includes Broiler, Pullet, Cockerel, and Noiler chicks.
  • How do I place an order?
    • Shopping on DOC Express is easy! Just follow the steps below:
      ==> On the homepage, select your preferred product category. The deafult is Broiler
      ==> Select your Pick-up date, input the Quantity and select Your Location.
      ==> Click on Inquire Now in the bottom right corner to check product availability.
      ==> Click on Add to booking list if the product is available.
      ==> Click on Book another Product to add another chick type to your cart. Then repeat the above steps.
      ==> Click on Proceed to Checkout. At this point, you will be required to Login/Register to continue
      ==> Fund your wallet if the balance is lower than the cart balance
      ==> Click on Pay now to Book. Please note that if your Wallet balance is lower than your Total Order, you won't be about to Book for your order.
  • How do I know my order has been confirmed?
    • Once your order is placed, you will receive a notification via SMS and/or we will call you for confirmation in case we need more details
  • What is the minimum order quantity?
    • The minimum order quantity is 5,000 chicks regardless of the types of chicks in the cart. The minimum order quantity will be reviewed regularly.
  • How long will it take to get the birds after booking?
    • The birds are delivered on the specified pickup date during booking. We supply every Monday and Thursday. However, when the delivery will take longer due to availability, we will inform you of the new delivery date ahead.
  • Is there a provision for transit mortality?
    • Yes. Each carton is accompanied by a 2% buffer to cater to the loss of birds during transit. Each carton contains 51 DOC.
  • How can I get my birds to my location?
    • We will hand the birds over to our logistics service provider to deliver to your farm or the nearest pick-up point in your location.
  • Who is responsible for the transportation cost?
    • The transportation cost to your selected location is embedded in the order. We do not charge any extra cost at this time.
  • Is it payment on delivery or before delivery?
    • It is 100% payment before delivery.
